14-day return
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. The jersey must be unworn, in original condition, with the original tag intact and attached.
What is not returnable
- Items with the tag removed or damaged
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or pet hair
- Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
How to return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We send you a prepaid return label within 24 working hours (free return).
- Print the label, attach it to the original packaging, drop the package at your nearest carrier point.
- Once we receive the item and verify the tag is intact, we refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Exchanges
For a size exchange, use the same return process and indicate the new size in your email. We ship the new size as soon as we receive the original (no extra shipping fee).
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement at no cost.
Refund processing time
Refunds processed by us within 5 working days after we receive the item. Your bank may take an additional 3 to 10 working days to credit the amount.
